Milo Sanctuary in Willits was established by Director Lynne Tingle in 1994. It was 283 acres. Since then Milo has also opened an adoption facility in the Bay Area, which is located in Point Richmond. In 20 years the non-profit has saved 25,000 animals from being euthanized in CA shelters! The Sanctuary is home to many animals who are looking for country homes as well as a temporary stop for those in need of rescue who would also flourish in a busier atmosphere.
