Orion has found a forever home. This was posted by Charlene Andrea Munoz on behalf of the Urgent Cats of Tampa Bay at the CA – Rescue, Foster & Adoption Network © Facebook group. I don’t know what the current status is for Orion at this point: ***LAST CALL – MEDICAL PLEA!!! Orion can be euthanized by vet services at any time without further warning, even before the rescue deadline! He MUST have a commitment by 9AM Saturday 11/5.

RESCUE MEDICAL PLEA ON 11/3:
This orange tiger giant is looking for a rescue. He has come down with an upper respiratory infection and while he was being transported to vet services for his exam he started seizing. He recovered from his episode quickly after a valium injection. He is now open mouth breathing because of his upper respiratory infection but he has been started on medications. His bloodwork was unremarkable. He doesn’t like restraint but is a sweet boy. Please let us know if you are able to take him by 11/5 at 9am
How to save: If you can responsibly adopt, adopt-to-rehome, foster or rescue, you MUST email RescuePets@HillsboroughCounty.org BEFORE 9AM with the words DO NOT EUTH and the Animal ID# in the subject line (serious commitments only). Email MUST include your name, contact information, and what time you can pick up the cat tomorrow. DO NOT email unless you are personally picking up the cat! The shelter will not hold cats for out of state adopters, so don’t email and ask. MUST BE PICKED UP TOMORROW IF READY!! Please also send a copy of your email to UrgentCatsofTampaBay@gmail.com so we know who is still in danger.
